This Kabbu is unique, benefiting greatly from the richness of the Western Ghats, a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the top 8 hotspots of biological diversity in the world. Such unique produce of the sugarcane is processed in a traditional way to extract the sweet golden nectar called the liquid jaggery.
We retain this jaggery in its most natural and authentic form. Even the suspended particles in the product are retained, to be savored to obtain maximum benefit of the product.
